Amazing community, quiet, grounds well kept. Love the water fountain from my balcony. If repairs need attention, they are very quick to respond. I lived in another Edward rose community in battle creek, mi and was very excited to learn there was one in grand rapids. I have lived here for almost 2 years now. Leasing office is friendly, quiet neighbors, great location and nice views. Washer/dryer in unit is a plus. The pool is also very nice and allows guests. Very happy! - Verified Resident

A nice place to live. Pool, free heat, quick maintenance turnaround, wonderful office staff. Excellent location; you're 15 minutes or less for anywhere around GR. Ignore the negative reviews... most of them are from complainers. It's a large complex so there's plenty of space to walk or hike, and the M6 trail is very close. Walking distance to Family Fare, Peppino's, and much more! Edward Rose has been at this a long time and they know what they're doing! - Nate
